This is Enigmatic
A new sub-genre of Alternative Electronic Music (AEM) that combines dark, puzzling, mysterious styles of soundtrack music with inspirations from video game composers all combined with electronic music.
The site doesn't have anything remotely close to my genre to list myself as so I had to put electronica there.
I'm also a producer (not a DJ) and I only write songs using individual midi notes (not samples). To each their own though ;)
