Jean was born in the most Southern point of Holland. Very quickly you could say that rhythm was in his blood. He started playing drums at an early age with special interest in the South-American and African rhythms. This love for rhythm is woven in the choice of music he playes.
Jean started creating his own style of music at the age of 15 and achieved a lot of succes in Holland as well as abroad. At the age of 25 he decided to focus only on guiding bands. For a long period of time he taught Band Dynamics but eventually mixing called for him.
Jean’s favorite choice of music is still the music that is full of the South American and African rhythms. Jean mixes in the moment and gives a show which feeds off of the crowd. No ready made plan or choice of songs but a feel for music that comes back to the crowd, intense and unique. Are you ready to experience it!
