Cristian Gandini

Buenos Aires Province, Argentina Deep House Progressive House Tech House

Cristian Gandini was born on 25 April 1978 in the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina. He began his career in late 1992, when he was only 14 years old and took his first steps into the world of frequency-modulation radio. First, he worked in production, then in radio hosting and last, in the technical operation of radio programs, which was, in his own words, his "first school"

Influenced by artists like Pink Floyd, The Doors, Depeche Mode, Radiohead and Massive Attack, Cristian gave birth to his very first radio productions with media professionals like Diego Poso and Luis Bedini. 2 years of intense work and learning were enough to be summoned by the owner of a disco to musicalize for the very first time, being 1994 the year of his beginnings as a dj.

During all those years, he had the chance to play in different radio stations and television, events and discos of Buenos Aires, the Atlantic coast and the countryside, showing his good taste when it comes to selecting music, very close to John Digweed, Hernan Cattaneo, Sasha and Danny Howells style.

Since 2006, Cristian is part of the Sol Solar agency alongside of artists like Gerardo Boscarino, Facundo Mohrr, Sound Process and Juan Deminicis. That same year, he started using Nuendo, Reason, Ableton Live, developing his very own work as a music producer. He started using different akas like Absolution, Krisol and Rollers For Pandas, in different collaborations with Facundo Mohrr, Nicholas Van Orton, Bia, Mike Griego, German Liagre, Danny Lloyd and Ruh, going through ambient, deep house, experimental electronic, progressive house and techno.

From his work on South American Music Conference, Bahrein Club, Kika Stage and Shamrock, Cristian keeps adding supporters through his own live Dj sets and the performances of several renowned underground with artists such as Lexicon Avenue, John Creamer, Eelke Kleijn, Wally Lopez, Andrea Cassino, Cid Inc, Martin Garcia, Deep Mariano and Guille Quero, as well as his own productions and remixes through Beatport.com
